PHNOM PENH ( The Cambodia Herald) -- A Japanese man arrested by Siem
Reap authority for illegally living in Cambodia may face deportation,
and will never be allowed to return back to Cambodia for life.
source said that after the documents are complete, the Japanese may be
sent to Japan and he will not be allowed to enter Cambodia for life.
Kimsan, head of Siem Reap's Immigration Office, said that Yoshi
Zawajiro was arrested on October 10 in Siem Reap province, and was sent
to Ministry of Interior's General Department of Immigration on October
He said the police didn't find any documents in Yoshi
Zawajiro after his arrest. The man has been living illegally in Cambodia
Colonel Chao Mao Virak said Yoshi Zawajiro told the
police that he crossed the border from Thailand to Siem Reap in 2011 as a
tourist, but didn't know which border entrance he had entered.
Mao Virak said the man had lost his passport and other documents after he arrived in Siem Reap.
